Well… As most of you must have realized is that there was no 2.1 or 2.0 update or even any update of the sort. This was caused by reported some complications with the Droid. Now no one has said anything yet, not Verizon nor HTC, so its hard to say what has really happened.

I’m sure most of you are disappointed as am I… I was so excited about the new market and the new UI:

Well even though the update did not happen Jan 22. 2010. There IS a new expected date for the update. Now don’t hold me to this date!

I would not rely on anything other than the original HTC response to the question – “Sometime in Q! 2010″ But even then… They mispoken, there were plenty of real statements from HTC and Verizon about the 2.1 update and it still didn’t come out with the date that it said.
